LIE - ORDER NOT FULFILLED
<p>Ordered two items from them, parcel only contained one item.</p> <p>been trying for 3 weeks to get my other item, they dont answer the phone, dont answer emails (I send about 50), and dont respond to messages on website.</p>

Kindly note you purchased two items from different sellers therefore you would not receive them at the same time.

The only email replies I get from you is promotions on your daily product specials.
I've just checked all my emails from you once again. you did NOT try and contact me, only promotions.
I received a confirmation email on Wed 2016/07/27 02:02 PM from Zasttra.com | Seller Zone ********** ,Message from you : This is to inform you that the seller (Jack) has shipped your items.
I made sure before ordering that the item was available (4 available) before I paid my order.
