Late delivery and damaged items

I encourage people to rather use Wish or Joom than use Zasttra. Their customer service is almost non existent and their deliveries are extremely late. Mine was delayed by almost 2 weeks. No one even had teh decency to inform me it was going to be late I had to keep on calling daily. They also don't respond to their emails and Facebook takes about 5 days to respond to a query. One item arrived damaged and I am still waiting on any form off communication from there side for a exchange or refund. If i know this was going to be such a hassle I would have rather used another company.
