Lack of service and non -delivery

This is by fare the worst online shopping experience I have had. I bought a product about 2 months ago and have recieved no product. When complaining I was prommissed a re-fund but to this day no refund has been made. When I try and contact them now their phone just goes to voice mail. I think they are a **** of some sort.
