Just not good enough

Not good enough! Purchased an item that did not ship with an instruction manual/leaflet. I asked for a digital copy by email or the original through post. Zasttra directed me to their supplier as they don't deal with 3rd party suppliers. Really pathetic that Zasttra don't support customers with products bought from their own site.
