Item never delivered and no response to queries thereon
<p>I ordered two items from Zasttra on order number 20184. The one of which I have received ages ago. The other last had a tracking movement on 38/07/2016. I have lodged a query with Zasttra three times but they do not even bother to answer my query.</p>

If you have not received your item by 8th November or still need assistance you may contact us and we will move forward with processing a refund.
