Incorrect Item Delivered!! No Response!!

<p>How is it possible to receive a "Stop Bark Coller" when I ordered a "ELM327 WiFi OBD2 Car Diagnostic Wireless Adapter Scanner" they are not even from the same category! Yes, good to Zasttra for delivering on the 27th when ordered on the 25th but the wrong item! Ashley Mushaninga was quick to respond on the several written messages I had to leave as I also tried phoning and after 20min was told the person at the extension is busy on the phone and their mailbox is full? Phone today 28th again and keep getting your call is first in line and all opertors busy?? This is totally unexeptable!! Even no response from Ashley today on my replies, I'm very dissapointed as a first time client and want this resolved or my money refunded as a matter of URGENCY!</p>
