How long does an EFT take to do

I have been extremely patient with Zasttra, firstly the courier they use looses/***** the phone I paid for then its such an issue to refund me back my money.<br> An EFT takes maximum 3 days to clear ..... I am still waiting <br> What sort of business is this, how do you expect clients to come back and use your facilities again
