Horrible Service

Ordered at item last year in Nov.They did not even have this item in stock.I called a month ago and their staff were clueless.i requested a refund.Nothing to date.I called 4 times.The woman who answers at the so called call centre is dumb and clueless.Proably works from a garage in pmb.Does not even know the no or name of her manager or so called boss.Its 1 huge same.Ali baba is much safer and honest in their dealings,Disgusting service
