Hair Straightening Paddle Brush - Bad product
<p>Temperature button unable to lock.</p> <p>Have to wait very long to heat, to desired temperature.</p> <p>While in use temperature goes down, does not stay at desired temperature.</p> <p>Temperature at 180 Degrees smells funny (burning inside the brush)</p> <p>Side of brush causes hair breakage.</p> <p>Box was damaged upon delivery.</p> <p>Not happy with this product and now I need to pay out of my pocket for it to be returned, worse refund policy ever!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Also tried to post this review on the Zasttra website, but it doesnt allow me to post it.....</p>

The item was returned almost a month ago and I'm still waiting to be refunded. Also I requested the refund to my bank account, but on the website it shows I requested a shop credit note, unacceptable!!
