Faking Customer Service

It seems like Zasttra has a fairly generic response to any complaint here. They claim that your order is a \special order\" and therefore will take 15 working days. HOWEVER it was already after 30 days that I lodged my complaint. My complaint NO DELIVERY NO FEEDBACK NO RESPONSE, specifically mentions the 15 days as well as the 30 day delay.<br> <br> They also try to sooth you by saying you will be contacted. They claim \"We are taking the necessary actions to improve our communication\". I assume they don't think it is necessary action to contact the customer earlier than 3days (and counting) after such a promise on a complaint.<br> <br> So they make it look like they take complaints seriously by responding, but it provides USELESS information.<br> <br> The irony is that their communication is very good in spamming you with adverti*****ts. I have even seen the same product I ordered listed again and again.<br> <br> I don't think it's worth it. There's many other options for internet purchases. But now I'm stuck with waiting for this phone without which my life is negatively effected."
