**** LOCAL BUSINESS OPERATED OUT OF CHINA

Useless and *********** company with ******** tendencies . . . I ordered an item on the 20 January 2020 and then received an email notification on the 21 January 2020 instructing me that my order had been shipped and would arrive within around 5 working days. . . . after no word and no way of contacting them I finally resolved to reverse the transaction via my bank which was processed on the 4 February 2020

Out of the blue, 28 February 2020, I receive an email from "Zasttra" (from Pam Lu - Ill pretend she lives in pietermaritzburg as claimed on their website) excited to advise that my order has been shipped from Guangzhou with no expected delivery date.

I reply to the notification and instruct them that I have reversed the transaction and no longer have need of the item as Ive made alternate arrangements. Pam, "Zasttra" replies that the "reversal has been blocked because my items are in transit to me" . . . over a month after they first claimed that my product had been shipped.

their business practice is *********. I have again stated that I will not take delivery of the item as I now no longer have need of the item and I will again be reapplying for a reversal of the transaction.

DO NOT TOUCH ZASTTRA WITH A 10 FOOT POLE . . . if not a **** company set up by a branch of Aliexpress I will be very surprised . . . same "impeccable" business practices... they are definitely NOT LOCAL.
