Extremely bad customer service

I have recently ordered a Pvr-802w lense For Ps2 from zasstra,com. The product was delivered on time but with a delay of covid 19 epidemic. But unfortunately it was not the right part we needed. Luckily there is an refund or exchange option so I did as for an exchanges on the product but the product was shipped international as per the policy i should ask the shop shop directly but there was no information given for the shop were the product was shipped from so I raised a query about it. it was raised on 2020/06/02 i did not receive a replay yet I have send an email to customer support as wel and all they had to say is that i should mace contact with the shop directly, but there is no information of the shop on the website. I am extremely disappointing in the service and they rate themselves a 4 star serviese, I totale disagrees
