EXTREME POOR SERVICE

This company does not deserve even one star-----I placed an order in April 2019---and am still waiting for delivery in spite of being advised that delivery would initially take 3 weeks. I have followed up on numerous occassions, and they never respond. On the odd occassion, I did receive an email advising that the parcel was delayed by customs---that was months ago. I requested a refund---no luck with any response. This is one company that should be totally blacklisted and removed
