I recently purchased an item online from the supplier [URL Removed] , After finishing my purchase a day later i realised i had ordered the wrong item , I quickly contacted zasstra via email and they were quick to respond , No fuss no hassle , A quick email and by the end of the next business day i always had a responce . Zasstra employees contacted the supplier for me and organised the return of the parcel with no extra cost to me . Within 1 week zasstra had made a reversal of the payment . I was Extremely happy with the service i recieved and bieng able to email them at 10pm at night and recieve a responce by the following day 5pm was very helpfull as i work shifts , also convienant that i did not have to sit on a phone waiting for service or call at specific hours .
