Don't every use Zasttra.com

So I placed an order with Zasttra.com on 25 September 2017. On the site it said that the products that I ordered ships from Zasttra.com locally but they have a delivery time of 10 to 15 work days. So okay my package should be with me 18 October 2017 if you work on this time. So it is today 9 November 2017. I have sent them a mail their response to me is sorry my stuff is sitting at customs and waiting to be released. My problem with this is why are you advertising that a products that you say you have 5 left and don't tell your customers you are importing the stuff and you will wait 2 months. If I wanted to wait 2 months or more I would have orders the stuff myself from China or where every and had to deal with customs myself and would have paid cheaper for it. I will never use your site again and I want to warn anyone that buys from you to rather look for an alternative vendor.
