Don't even think about ordering from this company

We ordered an item over a month ago. Initially they claimed that their courier could not reach us but the fact that our security has 3 numbers for us, there is no truth to this argument. They held our parcel hostage, making us pay for a re-delivery which was non-negotiable. Now after paying another courier fee - they haven't even dispatched the parcel a week later. Do not use this company - their attitude is that you have paid, they have your parcel and you are held hostage to pay extra delivery fees. It will be interesting to see with this attitude and other companies with no delivery fees if they will remain in business. Our delivery was over R500 !
