<p>DO NOT SUPPORT ZASTTRA!</p> <p>On the 24 of may I bought an activity tracker wristband from Zasstra.com. When emailing them to ask about shipping time, they ignored me until I sent another email stating that they have a policy which assures tueir customers that they will respond withing 48hours.</p> <p>After getting the product, it was defective. I app**** for a refund which they ignored even though it's eligible for a refund. After that I have sent a total of 12 emails trying to get them to refund me or replace the item to no avail. The employees who reply are also *********** when you do get the odd reply. </p> <p>What a joke of a company!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
