Do not buy from zasttra.com

Do not buy from this site! I ordered a product and more than a week later it has still not shipped with no communication from the company. When I queried this I had to wait days for a reply. Now I am struggling to get a full refund with no reply to my demands. I have to wait another 10 days before I can buy the product I need from another site. Their motto is a lie and terrible customer service their standard.
