DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND DODDGY

Bought COVID19 Essentials on the 1/04/2020 with express delivery (5-7 working days). Up to today despite sending several emails inquiring about my order I had a reply from a Pam Lu stating that the goods are in transit... but when you track them they are still in china. Once I requested a refund than she explained that she is just a middle person and she can not do nothing about. Already sent a complain to South Africa Advertising Authorities because to me this constitutes cyber ***** as the payment is done to Zasttra and not to a third party... so they should be accountable. Also on their web page they say that returns are dealt HASSLE FREE ???Their address is South Africa therefore they should fall under South Africa rules of advertising. MY ADVICE DUE TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH ZASTTRA IS NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AND PLEASE NOTIFY ALL FORUMS SO WE SOUTH AFRICANS CAN BE PREVENTED FROM BEING TAKING FOR A RIDE.
