Dizasttra (A bad pun is the only thing I got out of this)

<p>Sent the wrong product. They sent a courier to fetch it and then started ignoring my emails after the product was taken from me. I was lliterally having a conversation with a Zasttra staff member and the person in question just stopped responding after the product had been taken back.</p> <p>It took 3 months, 3 phone calls and too many unanswered emails to finally get my refund. Also, trying to get through on their phone line is near impossible.</p> <p>As I write this my friend is on hold, waiting to speak to support about the wrong item he was sold.</p> <p>Stay away from this company.</p>
