Delivered wrong item.took 6 weeks to get a refund

<p>They firstly delivered the wrong item.</p> <p>They were notified in 12 hours.</p> <p>Took 3 weeks to pick up the wrong item.</p> <p>The original item never shipped.</p> <p>I asked for a refund and after many emails they obliged - about 2/3 weeks more</p> <p> </p> <p>There is a thing called customer service. They should look it up and learn what it means.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will NEVER buy anything from them again EVER!!</p>
