Customers are the lowest bacterial **** to Zasttra

Ive had occasion over the last year to purchase twice from Zasttra online store. All-in-all its probably on both occasions been the worst experience of my online shopping experience. I don't know how these guys stay in business. They NEVER answer support emails. The never return phone calls after you eventually get through to them telephonically. They take WEEKS to deliver anything - if at all. 10 days ago, i placed another order and havent had so much as even an email or status change on my tracking of the order screen. They are just horrible beyond your wildest expectations. Customers are a plague to them, we are just the lowest bacterial **** to them.
