Cheap Knock offs

I ordered a power bank on line, got it delivered to find out it was made in China with very poor English instructions. But surely all one does is charge it and it should work well after 2 days of charging nothing. I then went onto their web page to request them to come collect it as it does not work. After 2 days of no reply i called the office only to be told i should book a return on line which i said i did. The lady went to check to see it they got it and confirmed it was booked, I was then told to go on line and book a collection for the return of which i was to pay the courier company R99.00 to return the broken power bank. After much ranting and raving as to why i should be out of pocket for something that never worked i got no were. I eventually returned this with my own courier company and await the outcome if I will get my money back. I have bought on line from numerous places and have NEVER had such a bad experience, never ever again will i buy from ZASTRRA, wait for follow up on getting a refund.
