Charged R70 to return a counterfeit cellphone.

I bought a phone from Zastra, received a counterfeit. Got charged R70 to return it. by courier of their choice. They eventually refunded me for the phone, but left me at a loss of R70. Support service was TERRIBLE all along the way from start to finish!
