Cannot reach anyone at company.

<p>We ordered a cellphone from your company with your ref number PF77AF13578AFEB94F. The order was for a LG G4 , but you had no stock available so we took the Samsung S5. The Samsung was not working so, we tried to call you, without any luck. On the mails we sent, we also had no response. We took the phone to Samsung in the Tyger Valley shopping centre and they sent it to Samsung in Sandton. Today, they sent us a mail and claim that the motherboard is faulty. What do we have to do,because the phone was never working and we could not reach you?</p>
