Beware Di-Zasstra

I am fed up. I have tried calling and emailing, yet you do not reply. I want to get my parcel now please or be refunded. The South African Post Office does not answer their phones and I cannot track beyond Cape Mail hub – where exactly is that ? Why ask me for a billing address/shipping address if that’s not where you deliver to ? Now I sit since AUGUST waiting for a skipped birthday present, now I am not even sure I will have it in time for CHRISTMAS.

I am beyond disappointed. 75 days and counting ...
