Bad service form Zasttra

Must be the most *********** online company doing business in South Africa. Communication is non-existent when there is a query. Furthermore I bought items from them week before lock down only to learners three weeks later after constant inquiry that they bring it in from Hong Kong and could not deliver. I received it yesterday and had to pay both deliver and import tax twice ( they would not allow me to buy it in one batch. I was never informed that the import tax was not paid by them and only when the courier contacted me, I learners that I had to pay import tax which made the items way more expensive than any South African products. Worst experience ever, stay away!
