BAD customer service, extremely long waiting time!!!

Extremely long waiting time (phone cover bought October 2018 - still not received January 2019), had to keep asking where my purchase is. Eventually they suggested a refund with a 25% off voucher I can use directly with the phone cover manufacturer, THEN they give me a voucher for the equivalent amount I had originally paid FOR USE ON ZASSTRA.COM!!! Bad customer service with no explanation of what happened! I'm very unhappy!
