Bad customer service experience

I have placed an order for sneakers online, made payment and received confirmation with Reference *** from zasttra, on 01 March 2019, but till to-date nothing has been received. I would never ever recommend Zasttra to anyone, or do business with them as I believe they are bad service providers, due to the fact that they have not delivered my order, have poor communication with customers and their contact details are not useful and reliable (the telephone number on their website does not exist). I have incurred extra costs by trying to contact their head office, as the phone just rings and nobody answers. . They don't take us serious and its really shows that they promote ****s. I demand my refund if they cant deliver my goods, please!!!
