Bad Customer Service

Ordered a smart watch online.Received the incorrect item, which happened to be damaged as well.Reported the item and returned it within 14 days as per their policies.Zastrra now claims that I damaged the watch which I never even used, they insist their supplier didn't send me a damaged item but they can't prove that the item was pre-inspected before delivery yet they are certain I damaged the watch. They refuse to take responsibility for this negligence and want to return the incorrect damaged watch back to me which they claim I'm responsible for. They refuse to refund my money as well and now forcing me to take a watch I never ordered in the first place. It's been a lot of back and forth emails with no resolution and yet to see any. It's unfortunate that I'm not the only one experiencing this bad customer service from Zasttra and surely won't be the last.

Hello PMogolane,

We acknowledge your complaint and apologize for receiving an incorrect item.

We did send our courier to collect, however the exchange could not be done as you have physically damaged the item that was sent to you. This is evident from the pictures of the item before our courier collected the item from you.

We unfortunately cannot accept an item that is returned new but physically damaged while in your possession.

As per our emails, we have offered you to keep the smart watch, despite it being higher quality and costing significantly more than the item you have initially ordered without any costs to you.

Regards,
The team at Zasttra.com
