bad abd custermer service

ordered 2 mole/snake and rodent repellers. Toke Zasstra 2 months to deliver (also because it was temporarily out of stock for about 1,5 week or so). Upon delivery it turned out that both are NOT working at all. Hence waste of money !!! Contacted Zasstra. I should now return the 2 repllers .... by courier at my cost. Yea right !!! for a faulty product...then it is said that after 180 days my money would be returned ??? Come on already in this day and age 180 days ?? to have ones money returned. Utterly totally ridiculous.

Do not order from this company although they claim to be one of the best.
