Avoid Zasttra.com!

I bought an item online from Zasttra on Fri 28/07/17.I got an immediate confirmation that further on went to say I will get another email once my order has been shipped.After a few days of no feedback I followed up, only to find out that my order has been cancelled due to non payment.After sending proof of payment three times, my order was re-instated, about a week later.Again I waited for notification of shipping, to no avail.Again I followed up.This time the delay was blamed on the supplier.I dealt with Bronwyn, Emihle and Faith from Zasttra.I have received no further correspondence after I requested a refund.To this day I have not received the item I bought, or my money back.Worst online shopping experience ever!Zasttra deserves minus 100 stars!
