AVOID ZASTTRA AT ALL COSTS

I purchased a smartphone and selected over-night delivery. It literally took 30 days to arrive. Apparently the over-night part is only after they receive the product from customs after importing it from China.<br> <br> Their parcel tracking system told me I had received the package before I actually had.<br> <br> The phone arrived in a shiny packaging and everything looked legit until I took off the back cover and saw that the phone has had its guts replaced with inferior quality parts. The 3080MAh battery had been replaced with a used/damaged R1800MAh battery for example. The phone had been pre-loaded with bloatware and spyware. I was impressed at how well the Chinese ****d this product, but very unimpressed with Zasttra for using ***** suppliers like these. If I wanted to get ********** I would have just gone to aliexpress myself.<br> <br> Their customer support is terrible, taking days to reply sometimes.<br> <br> So I asked for a refund and they actually made me pay to ship the product back to them (R70) because apparently it was the correct model even thought it's a ****.<br> <br> Then I ordered one from Takealot and I got the real thing the next day and it has a warranty.<br> <br> Don't use Zasttra!!! It's not worth it.
