Avoid purching from Zasttra

Did place an order with these guys on the 14th December 2019. Today is the 24th March 2020 and I still did not receive my parcel yet for ORDER #77348. I still believe they are responsible for my parcel. I ordered lots of stuff from Banggood.com. If the parcel is not in time they refund your money back. I believe these people must learn something from them. There is also money available in my wallet and they also don't want to refund it back into my bank account. Please guys think twice before ordering something from these guys.
