Avoid frustration with Zasstra

Yes, i've had the same issue with Zasstra, i've paid for overnight and have been poorly treated, after waiting a long time, i finally got to talk to someone from Zasstra and they apologized saying i would get notification on my purchase, but since then, & over a week later, i've heard nothing. I shall be reporting it to the NCC. Frustrated customer......
