Avoid doing business with Zasttra

I have pleaced an order (Order # 48932) with Zasttra online on August 16, 2017 and it was confirmed by an email that the item was prepared for shipment . After two months I followed-up only to find out the item was out of stock. NOTE: I had to follow-up. Needless to say, I cancelled the order on October the 16th and requested a refund per email.

Five emails later and theatening Zasttra with me publishing their bad service on HelloPeter and social media was to no avail as I am still awaiting my refund from Zasttra. Today is the 28th of October and I have still not received my refund back - after it has been requested 12 days ago.

Herewith an extract from one of my emails to Zasttra: "Hi S***xx, I am very disappointed and will never again buy anything from Zastra. Nor will I refer anyone to Zastra"

It is up to you if you if you want to do business with Zasttra, even if their price might be less than another company.
