Appalling lack of service

<p>I have ordered a wireless camera from Zasstra on 12 June 2017. The item would supposedly be shipped upon payment (which was done immediately). The next morning I received an e mail notifcation that payment was not received and that the order would be cancelled it payment was not received within 4 days. After I questioned this, I received an e mail from Mongezi saying that the payment was actually received and "approved". So, after another e mail, asking when I would receive the item, I was informed that it would be shipped "today", i.e. Wednesday the 14th. (So much for immediate shipping!) And yet, it is now a week since I ordered the item... I have received neither the item nor any shipping info, and if I try to track my order on their website, I get the message that the order is not found... I do not appreciate being **** to and I am flabbergasted at the level of incompetence and complete lack of service. Never again will I support this disgusting company </p>
