Zahavi not treating us okay

Have been treated like trash in our building another teanant took my blanket on the washing line because I pushed her laundry to hang mine her laundry was dry reported the matter nothing was done I moved to my unit last year with a toilet not working was promised it will be fixed and I won't be charged water until it was fixed but am paying huge amount of water bill because of the toilet these people they only care about their rent only teanants don't matter. Fix my toilet
