Zahavi Estates
Based on recent customer reviews, Zahavi Estates is drawing predominantly negative feedback from tenants, with a recurring theme centred on disputed deposit refunds, where customers consistently mention receiving only a fraction of their deposit back upon moving out. Tenants frequently raise concerns about poor building maintenance, broken lifts, unreliable electricity and water billing disputes, and unresponsive caretakers. On a more positive note, individual staff members, particularly in the office handling deposit queries, are repeatedly praised for professionalism and patience, suggesting service quality is highly dependent on which representative a customer encounters.

We KEARABO HOLDINGS, we giving you an offer to buy the building at R80 000 000 cash. Remove zahavi and the lawyer are bad news. No1 Will ever enter the building sell it now before you become in death or human rights and settlement clothes the building because of the high risk conditions. Nothing works in your building. In all department are talking about it. Come let's help or become a partner but remove zahavi, bad news

I was a tetant at Zahavi properties under Thisletane Court in Orange groove.I stayed there from 2022 April until 2026 February.I served them with a months notice beginning of January and I moved out end of February. When I asked the building manager by the name of Mr Seleteh if there was a need for me to go back and check if everything was into order,he said there was no need.Everything was perfect. It came as a shock to me that now I owe the property an amount of R2452.15.They didn't even inform me,I was told by CreditIntel after 4 months I had moved out. They told me that I broke the lights, ceilings and windows. When I moved in there, their bathroom tiles were already broken and the ceiling part is very weid because the ceiling is croncrete. The taps were broken and I put my own stoppers in the sinks now they say it's theirs.According to my stay there,it was a bad property and the place is trash and very filthy.I can never recommend anyone to stay in that place.

They're the worst people ever, bad customer service, they only want to benefit and they don't care about their customers /tenants. I stayed there for almost 5 years all of a sudden the water bill has gone up to 4 thousand rands. As I speak my lights are off my life is doomed it's been 2 months now, mind you I'm paying the rent fully. I tried making payment arrangements for the water bill with the other rude old lady called Joyce we agreed that I will pay monthly, I got surprised when I got to the house and my lights off. These selfish people including their caretakers when I complain to them they'll tell me to pay the rent first promising to switch my lights on after paying they'll ignore me. If you need a place to stay don't bother yourself looking at Zahavi Estates you'll regret
