Zahavi not taking care of tenants

Have been living at Kings Norton Flats owned by Zahavi estates these people only care about making money and don't care about their tenants my main door hinge broke in the morning tlod the caretaker but he says he doesn't have one to replace it and yet there are empty units in the building I had to buy my own because of this weather and I have small children in the house called their office and wasn't helped at all they only care about money nothing else
