ZAHAVI - MATKWELL HOUSE, TWO DAYS LATER, NO ELECTRICITY, NO HOT WATER

Being a resident at this place. MARKWELL HOUSE is proving to be a nightmare. We haven't had electricity since yesterday morning, its been more than 24 hours without electricity, no hot water to bath, no lift, the camera area is overcrowded with wires, devices, kettles, just another disaster waiting to happen, come month end, rent is demanded in full, or else their Joyce will just release a directive to switch off light and she wont even care to understand or hear anything. Zahavi has their Joyce to be rude to their tenants at any given time, who do we have as tenants, who has our best interest at heart. Lifts are unservices, every other day, there are tenants trapped, people are scared to voice out, they are scared of being victimised, and they are living under such conditions. Am pretty sure Zahavi management had home cooked meals last night and they are gonna have hot food and hot bathtubs tonight, and yet theirs 10 storey building has no electricity nor ho****er. And nobody cares to come and adress the tenants, they just dont care as long they get their rent and the well being of their tenants doesn't count, I would never recommend anyone to come stay here, they do not care about their tenants, period. One day you will find your buidling empty, anyway as is, its not full, at any chance a person gets, they move out, if it wasn't the fact that I had already paid rent, I would also make another plan, even shacks are better than this, its not like loyalty matters anyway for I have been told that before. Aaaarrrggghhh
