These guys provide the worse service ever. The will treat you like they are doing you a favor. Once you moved out they will give you the run around for your deposit. Please note your deposit is not invested in a trust and it is not gaining interest as per your contract ''clause 5 - 5,1" Once you question the amount or interest your deposit has made over the period you have lived there just know that you will not get your deposit back. I spent a week calling their offices to no assistance, sent out emails to them showing them the breach of contract. They started avoiding my calls and asking me to call on days when their offices were closed
