Zahavi estates no go area bad bad service

Zahavi estates is the waist place to rent a place.firstly since we moved in almost 2 years now we have had a problem with water entering our apartment from we don't know where and they cannot fix the problem.The other thing they sent letters between July or August that the rent is increasing on the 1st of November now they sent rent statement with an increament already hence the notice they sent says November now the building manager is saying they said they is nothing they can.They are making their problem mine even when talking to them they are rude and arrogant.But when it comes to switching off the lights they respond so quickly.
