Zahavi Estates Bad customer service

So i took out a lease with Zahavi Estates in January this year, due to u forseen circumstances i couldn't keep up with payments they had to terminate our lease. Now they withholding our furniture, clothes and everything that was in the flat they say we must pay first. I tried calling the lady in charge by the name of Sandra Steyn and our calls get blocked at Reception as she doesn't want to talk to is(me and my wife), I have asked her about our deposit of which she doesn't even answer my emails regarding the questions i asked her. Now my wife is struggling to go to work because of them. We not wven allowed to get clothes or her access cards. I really feel that what they are doing is actually unfair and *******.
