Worst real-estate agency

Hi All,

I need assistance please. I have had a terrible experience with Zahavi Estates. After being approved and securing a unit at the end of Jan with a deposit, the first place we secured was given to someone else after securing and choosing a second unit in the beginning of Feb, today we are told the unit is also given away after needing to move in the weekend. Now I am stranded and have no place to stay. My calls are being hung up on by Management. The best solution is choosing a other unit that is 1k more a month. How is this fair or professional?
