Unhappy former tenant

I wouldn’t recommend. I moved out month end of October and my deposit was due on the 1st of November 2023. It is currently the 9th of December 2023 and I still haven’t received any portion of the R10.5k. Their building manager is not helpful, the agent I dealt with won’t answer my messages and the lady they keep referring me to keeps telling me irrelevant stories. Also, the main reason I moved out was because the management of the building kept becoming terrible and their management is not friendly and at times, not professional.
