Threatened for publicizing their lack of service delivery

<p>In my life I have never had to deal with such unprofessional, *********** bunch of people with lack of responsibilities. I refuse to be treated like I'm being done a favor here. I pay a lot of money for a service and if delivered service does not meet my expectations then expect that I will voice that. I'm renting a one bedroom unit in diamond place and I moved into that unit when they started letting. It was just a perfect place for a young professional person like myself. Clean, well maintained, services were delivered as promised. Then a few months later the care taker (building manager) moved ******* bins right infront of my kitchen door and window. This ******* bins are not emptied on weekends so you can imagine the disaster. Couple of months later the place get infested with ****roaches. You walk on the passage and you are met by ****roaches. I raised the issue with the caretaker and guess what, I was told I need to pay to get my house fumigated. Like how do you expect me to not have ****roaches with a bin on my doorstep? As if that wasn't enough the other day we woke up to the parking garage flooded in ****. The sewerage pipes busted and our cars were all covered in people's dump. No one even bothered to address the situation. It was just business as usual. Mind you this was not an isolated incident as this sewage covered parking is an ongoing issue. I got so upset and wrote a post on their Facebook page which by the way is a public page where anyone can post. Guess what??? Threats. I was told that I am not allowed to write such on their public platform by Jackie Buhle Manguba Nkala. Like really. Lady do you really think you have a say on what I can or cannot do? I received whatsapp messages from building manager who was clearly upset that I posted on Facebook. I told him straight that Mr I have expectations when it comes to my money. I moved in that place with brand new furniture and now my furniture is infested with ****roaches. So I will not keep quiet and accept such mediocrity while still paying my rent as expected.</p>
