Terrible customer service

Talk about terrible customer service. I am utterly disappointed with Zahavi - Fine art and their extremely poor customer service. They increased me rent without informing me or issuing me a notice . Upon writing them an email, they left it unattended and rep**** me almost a week later, after I wrote them a second email asking them to attend to my email. I issued a notice to move out, I don't compromise on quality service, after all its my money I am paying at the end of the day. Additionally when I moved in the unit it was so dirty and smelly, I had to clean it myself, they don't bother cleaning and preparing it for the next tenant. Also the moving in inspection was done after I moved in, that's how unprofessional and *********** they are.
