It was easy to get a lease and l enjoyed the stay at Diamond Place Unit 312.
I stayed there for 2 years and moved out end of September 2018 due to irregular escalations in rent compared to space and living environment.
I'm terrible disappointed with the fact that you can't move in without paying the full deposit but on the contrary it's 8 weeks now since l moved out of the building that was left spotless in the original state but l should beg for my deposit back.
It's a high level of I competency for a company thats competing with great people competitors like AFCO who give you back your deposit on the day you vacate the premises.
I am not going to recommend Zahavi to any friends or family and will make sure everyone l love is aware of such bogus breach on the contract that lures you to pay deposit with hope to get it back but to no avail it will never be available to you back.
EXTREMELY BOGUS MISLEADING ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Future, maybe your staff need training to give customers adequate correct information, for one of the agents l made an inquiry with ( Jackie) regarding the matter said to me that it takes 6-8 weeks to get the deposit back. Which is contradicting the above 7 days.
The company needs to have people at heart and unfortunately it doesn't look like you have such a team with the same goal/motto.
Also she told me that l will be charged for two months water usage less on my deposit, what mathematical sense justifies that.
