Rent changed out of nowhere and they don’t comply with the lease

They don’t stick to the lease agreement. When I moved in, they had a rent special happening in December, water and electricity was supposed to be metered (according to the information given before I even decided to move there and on the lease as well). All of a sudden after moving in the water is not metered and my rent is basically exactly the same as the people that moved in after the special ended. How is that possible? I’ve been paying money that’s out of my budget and when I try to cancel my lease they give me the run around. I’m absolutely upset and disappointed at this company. It’s pretty sad because I actually the building and my flat (Medical Towers/ Wimpie Towers)
